65C-41.003

Eligibility Requirements

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend Rule 65C-41.003, F.A.C., to clarify documentation requirements when a young adult in extended foster care changes qualifying activities.

SUMMARY:

The amendment requires a change in qualifying activity to be documented in the transition plan.
