PURPOSE:

Update definitions and incorporated materials used in the dairy regulatory program to better align with federal regulations.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking is to update definitions and adoptions of federal regulatory documents used in the dairy regulatory program for the State of Florida to maintain consistency with regulations at the federal level and as required for Florida’s participation in the National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments.
