PURPOSE:

The proposed amendments remove the requirement on applications to collect student loan default or late payment information that is used to deny licensure.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments remove language on applications for licensure of Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants that requests information pertaining to student loan default or late payment status.
