Everglades Agricultural Area Tandems

PURPOSE:

To address permitting of longer combination vehicles within the Everglades Agricultural Area as authorized by Chapter 2019-149, s.4, Laws of Florida (Section 316.5501, F.S.).

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule addresses the requirements for permitting of longer combination vehicles within the Everglades Agricultural Area.
