	The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, July 29, 2020, 9:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Commission Hearing Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0850.

Subject:	Undocketed — Discussion of the financial impacts on utility customers as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this workshop is to provide a forum for Commission-regulated utilities to brief the Commission on the current number of residential and commercial accounts in late or non-payment status, related incremental bad debt expense as a result of unpaid balances, and policies and other measures to address the impacts on utility customers.
