	The City of Lake Mary announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	First Reading: Thursday, August 6, 2020, 7:00pm Second Reading: Thursday, August 20, 2020, 7:00pm

PLACE:	City of Lake Mary, City Hall Commission Chambers, 100 N. Country Club Rd., Lake Mary, FL 32746

Subject:	The proposed ordinance creates Chapter 97, which will regulate the permitting process for Wireless Communication Poles within the public right-of-way; as well as amendments for Chapters 154.09 and 154.15, which will update definitions as well as regulations and requirements for Wireless Communication Facilities on private property.
