	The Department of Health announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 9, 2020, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., EST or until completed, whichever is first.

Subject:	Due to current meeting restrictions, the September 9, 2020 meeting, originally noticed in the Florida Administrative Register on 12/31/2019 (Volume 45/252, Notice 22767566) will take place via conference call only. DOH Public Swimming Pool Advisory Board will review, discuss and make recommendations to the department regarding applications submitted by owners/agents for variance from the state’s public swimming pool codes. Note: NO “WALK-IN VARIANCE” APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE SEPTEMBER 9, 2020 MEETING. Submission deadline: To be placed on the September 9, 2020 agenda, the applicant will to need to submit eight paper copies of a completed variance application and application fee to August Ursin by close of business August 28, 2020.
