PROJECT NAME & LOCATION: Caldwell Building Partial Reroof STATEMENT OF WORK: For all labor, warranties, supervision, associated hardware and materials, required permits, and equipment necessary to remove and replace the partial roofing system and penthouse roofing system of the Caldwell Building as specified in accordance with the Project Manual.
