Overview



	The PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, September 1, 2020, starting immediately after the Commission’s Agenda Conference scheduled to commence at 9:30 a.m. on that date.

PLACE:	Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	The purpose of this hearing shall be to consider Duke Energy Florida, LLC’s Joint Motion for Expedited Approval of Settlement Agreement, filed July 31, 2020, and updated August 3, 2020, in Docket No. 20200069-EI, and Joint Motion for Approval of Settlement Agreement and Attached Stipulation and Settlement Agreement, filed August 10, 2020, in Docket No. 20200092-EI, and to take action on any motions or other matters that may be pending at the time of the hearing.
