64B8-30.005

Physician Assistant Licensure Renewal and Reactivation

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are intended to address the requirements for reactivation of an inactive license and reactivation of a retired status license.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments clarify language for the requirements for reactivation of an inactive license and reactivation of a retired status license and removes obsolete language from the rule.
