Overview



	The Sunshine State One Call of Florida, Inc., d/b/a Sunshine 811 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Special Meeting of Members Friday, September 18, 2020 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon (or otherwise as adjourned)

PLACE:	This Special Meeting of Members will be held in person at the Sunshine 811 Call Center, 11 Plantation Road, DeBary, FL. 32713

Subject:	Purpose - To vote on the proposed amendment to the Bylaws of Sunshine State One Call of Florida, Inc, d/b/a/ Sunshine 811, as follows: ARTICLE III MEETING OF MEMBERS 1. Section C2. Substitute Annual Meeting: If the annual meeting cannot be held as provided by these bylaws, a substitute annual meeting may be called by a majority of the Board of Directors. A meeting so called shall be designated and treated for all purposes as the annual meeting and may be held in person or virtually by electronic media as set forth within the notice of the meeting. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sunshine 811 remains committed to limiting the spread of COVID-19 and ensuring the health and safety of our members, employees, and visitors. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) has published guidelines recommending that all persons wear cloth face coverings in public settings where social distancing is difficult to maintain. Accordingly, all persons will be required to wear a facemask to enter and at all times while present in the building. Additionally, all persons will be required to self-monitor for symptoms concerning COVID-19 infection and any person who feels as though he or she is displaying symptoms related to the virus, must refrain from entering the Sunshine 811 premises.
