PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to implement s. 455.271(6)(a), F.S. (2019) and HB 1193, enacted in 2020 and to reduce the fee for a provisional license.

The Rule amendments implement s. 455.271(6)(a), F.S. (2019) and HB 1193, enacted in 2020. The fee for a provisional license will be reduced.
