Overview



	The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, September 14, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 6, 2020 immediately following the conclusion of the Commission's Agenda Conference and Internal Affairs, scheduled to commence at 9:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	The purpose of this hearing shall be to receive testimony and exhibits and to take final action relative to the Commission’s consideration of Duke Energy Florida, LLC's petition to approve a third solar base rate adjustment and to take action on any motions or other matters that may be pending at the time of the hearing.
