Subject:	Approval for the Department to publish Notices of Proposed Rule for the following rules: Rule 12D-7.004 Exemption for Certain Permanently and Totally Disabled Veterans and Surviving Spouses of Certain Veterans and Rule 12D-16.002 Index to Forms.
