	The Department of Children and Families announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 1:00 pm

Subject:	Solicitation Conference Call for the ITN titled Comprehensive Refugee Services for Refugees and Entrants in Miami-Dade County(ITN# 2021-003). Description: As provided for in Sections 2.5, 2.6, and 2.7 of this ITN which was published to the Vendor Bid System (VBS) on September 14, 2020. The VBS can be accessed at: http://www.myflorida.com/apps/vbs/vbs_www.main_menu. The purpose of the Solicitation Conference Call is to review the ITN with interested Vendors so that areas of misunderstanding or ambiguity are clarified. The Department encourages all prospective Vendors to participate in the solicitation conference, during which Vendors may pose questions.
