Overview



	The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, October 6, 2020, starting immediately after the Commission’s Agenda Conference, which is scheduled to commence at 9:30 a.m. on that date.

PLACE:	Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	The purpose of this hearing shall be to consider the Joint Motion of the Office of Public Counsel, Florida Power & Light Company, Gulf Power Company, and Walmart Inc. for expedited approval of a stipulation and settlement agreement and to take action on any motions or other matters that may be pending at the time of the hearing.
