RULE:

65C-45.001

Background Screening Requirements for all Levels of Licensure

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend rule 65C-45.001, F.A.C., Background Screening Requirements for all Levels of Licensure, to update an incorporated form.

SUMMARY:

The “Affidavit of Good Moral Character” form section relating to applicants for substance use and mental health disorder positions is amended to include new groups that are required to screen under section 408.809, F.S.
