Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation, District 2 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 21, 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

PLACE:	FDOT Jacksonville Urban Office, 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204; online at nflroads.com/VPH; or by phone at (562) 247-8422, access code 940-757-003.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation invites you to a hybrid public hearing to discuss Financial Project Number 441261-1, which proposes to close the median on U.S. 17 (State Road 5) approximately 1/8th mile south of the current Broward River Bridge as part of the Broward River Bridge Replacement Project. This project also includes construction of a new bridge over the Broward River with a new median barrier wall and new sidewalk on the east side of the bridge. The hearing will begin with an open house from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by a public comment period at 6:30 p.m. Public participation is sought without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or family status.
