	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has new information concerning Interstate 10 (I-10) at Beulah Road Interchange Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study in Escambia County. This information provides interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed improvements. The FDOT is conducting this PD&E Study to consider the addition of a new interchange along I-10 in the vicinity of Beulah Road, as well as capacity improvements along I-10 from the Florida/Alabama State Line to the Pensacola Weigh Station and along Beulah Road from W. Nine Mile Road to the proposed new interchange. Maps, drawings, and other information will be available for review on the project website (nwflroads.com). FDOT representatives will be available to discuss the proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments. The deadline to submit official comments related to this project update is Thursday, November 19, 2020. Public participation is held without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for these projects are being, or have been, carried out by the FDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
