Regulations in Bird Sanctuaries

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development effort is to provide clear regulations for existing bird sanctuaries. The effect will be increased understanding of the requirements necessary for enforcement of bird sanctuary regulations.

SUBJECT:

Subject area covered in this rule development pertains to signage and enforcement requirements in bird sanctuaries.
