	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, December 3, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. Presentation at 6:00 p.m.

Subject:	Financial Project Identification Number: 443512-1 Project Description: The purpose of the State Road (S.R.) A1A Safety Improvements from Milsap Road to Granada Boulevard (S.R. 40) is to improve safety by constructing raised medians with designated left turn lanes and providing pedestrian mid-block crossings within the project limits. The Department is offering multiple ways for the community to participate in the hearing. All participants, regardless of platform they choose, will participate in the same live hearing. Interested persons may join the Virtual Public Hearing (VPH) from a computer, tablet or mobile device. A VPH is a free live presentation or webinar over the internet. If you wish to participate in the VPH online from computer, tablet or mobile device, advance registration is required by visiting https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/6612125789951617803. Once registered, participants will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the hearing online. At this time, Internet Explorer is not supported by GoToWebinar, and the link for the hearing will not work on this platform. Please use an alternate web browser to register and attend the hearing. Participants may also join the hearing in listen-only mode by dialing 1-877-309-2071 and entering the passcode 791-322-777 when prompted. Please note, while the call-in number is listen-only, callers may submit comments directly to the project manager by using the contact information listed below. Interested persons may participate in person by going to the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center at 399 N. U.S. 1, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174. For those who choose to participate in person, the Department requests advance registration to ensure all attendees are accommodated safely and according to social distancing guidelines. Attendees will be asked to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines as well as adhere to any local ordinances. Attendees who are not feeling well should not attend the in-person hearing.
