	The Cities of Pompano Beach & Ft. Lauderdale announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	AT THE VIRTUAL PUBLIC WORKSHOP on December 9, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. to be accessed by sending an email to Maggie.barszewski@copbfl.com The Cities of Pompano Beach & Ft. Lauderdale are conducting a Virtual Public Information Workshop regarding a proposed Complete Streets Roadway Improvements Project along McNab Rd. from SW 31st Ave./NW46th Ave. to Dixie Hwy. Join us for the virtual workshop meeting to review project information and provide comments. Information/feedback gathered at this meeting will help inform the scope of the project. Timeframe for implementation to be determined based on funding availability. Potential dates: 2026 for Design and 2028 for Construction. Improvements to include: Separated Bicycle Lanes; Continuous Pedestrian Zones (Sidewalk Gaps) & Pedestrian Crossings; Lane Elimination for a portion of roadway segment - Convert McNab Road from Powerline Road to Dixie Highway to a continuous four lane corridor; Pedestrian Lighting; Widen medians in lane; limination section from Powerline Road to Dixie Highway; Landscaping opportunity areas, irrigation sleeves; Transit Amenities, Bus Shelters
