Notice of Meeting/Workshop Hearing

Overview



	The South Florida Water Management District announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, December 9, 2020, 1:00 PM Governing Board Workshop, Biscayne Bay

PLACE:	This workshop will be conducted via Zoom, a media technology free for the public to use. A link will be provided on the District’s website at www.SFWMD.gov/meetings.

Subject:	This workshop will provide the Governing Board, public, and stakeholders with an update on the ecological conditions and water quality conditions of Biscayne Bay, including the urbanized watershed. This will include discussion of the programs and projects that are designed to improve the condition and function of these systems. The public and stakeholders will have an opportunity to view and comment on the workshop by utilizing the link available at www.SFWMD.gov/meetings, which will go live at approximately 1:00 PM on December 9, 2020. All of this workshop will be conducted via media technology. The Governing Board may take official action at the workshop on any item appearing on the agenda and on any item that is added to the agenda as a result of a change to the agenda approved by the presiding officer of the workshop pursuant to Section 120.525, Florida Statutes.
