Time for Payment of Administrative Costs and Fines

PURPOSE:

The rule amendment informs licensees of the default timeframe for payment of investigative costs in addition to the existing default timeframe for the payment of disciplinary fines.

SUMMARY:

This rule amendment adds a timeframe for payment of investigative costs imposed by the Board.
