RULE:

61G20-3.010

List of Approved Product Evaluation Entities, Validation Entities, Testing Laboratories, Certification Agencies, Quality Assurance Agencies and Accreditation Bodies (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Commission proposes to repeal this rule, since it must maintain the list of product approval entities on its website pursuant to section 553.842(13), F.S.

SUMMARY:

The Commission, through its continuous rule review process, has identified that this rule is unnecessary or duplicative of existing Florida law. The list of product approval entities can and will be maintained on the Commission’s website pursuant to section 553.842(13), F.S.
