RULE:

65C-30.006

Case Planning

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend rule 65C-30.006, F.A.C., to add provisions regarding case planning for children placed in qualified residential treatment programs.

SUMMARY:

The amendment requires specified information to be included in the case plan of a child placed in qualified residential treatment program.
