	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District One announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 12, 2021 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District One, will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing to present the Tentative Five-Year Work Program (Tentative Work Program). The Tentative Work Program lists transportation system improvements scheduled for fiscal years beginning July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2026. The Public Hearing is scheduled from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 12, 2021. There are several ways to review the Five-Year Work Program information and provide comments for the public record. •At the in-person hearings, attendees will be able to review Work Program information with staff, ask questions, and share comments for the public record. •Online attendees will be able to review the same Work Program information on the www.SWFLroads.com website and share comments via https://register.gotowebinar.com/register/7056467027085747983 for inclusion in the public record. Attendees have the option of listening through their device audio or via telephone (dial 1-631-992-3221 and enter pin number 263-086-879 for phone audio). •Members of the public can schedule an in-person appointment to review materials and discuss the Work Program with FDOT staff during the week of January 11 through January 15. To schedule an appointment at the FDOT District One Headquarters in Bartow, call (863) 519-2662. For an appointment at the SWIFT SunGuide Center in Fort Myers, call (239) 225-1900. •Written statements and comments also can be emailed to Wayne.Gaither@dot.state.fl.us or mailed to L.K. All comments will become part of the public record, regardless of how they were submitted.
