	The Child Abuse Death Review Circuit 5 Committee announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Third Thursday of each month beginning in February 2021 and will continue through September 2021. Time: 1:30- 1:45

Subject:	The Committee will address administrative issues, review cases, and discuss the CADR Action Plan. A portion of the meeting is required by Section 383.412(3) (a), F.S. to be closed to the public to allow the Committee to discuss information that is confidential and exempt from public meetings and public records. This portion of the meeting will be announced at the meeting.
