RULE:

61-35.017

Landscape Architecture Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to amend the rule to adopt revised forms that have been updated to remove the additional business requirements, and to add additional continuing education options and reduces the requirements for those licensed in another state to qualify for licensure in Florida.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.017 to adopt the forms.
