	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Four announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, February 23, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Subject:	Financial Project ID Number: 436967-1-52-01 Project Description: US 1/State Road (SR) 5 Improvements Project from North of Britt Road to South of Jensen Beach Boulevard/SR 732 in Martin County, FL Work at the US 1/SR 5 and Treasure Coast Square Mall south entrance intersection includes: reconstructing curb ramp and sidewalk at the northeast corner; widening the roadway at the northeast corner; removing the existing double mast arm signal pole at the northeast corner, and replacing it with new signal mast arms at the northeast and southeast corners. Additional work on this project includes restriping northbound US 1 lanes to provide a continuous thru/shared right-turn lane and bike lane and milling and resurfacing the existing two outside northbound lanes to accommodate restriping. Construction will begin March 4, 2021 and is estimated to be completed in summer 2021. The estimated construction cost is $547, 644 During the virtual public meeting, a brief presentation will be held at the start of each hour at 5 p.m. & 6 p.m. with and unguided PowerPoint Slide Show at 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to review the scope of work and construction schedule. Immediately following, questions and comments may be submitted via online chat for the project team to address during the remainder of the meeting.
