	The The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	March 18, 2021, 5:30 p.m. CDT

PLACE:	Pine Forest United Methodist Church 2800 Wilde Lake Blvd, Pensacola, Florida 32526 Online, Link: https://nwflroads.com/d3virtualmeetings

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a hybrid public hearing concerning the I-10 at Beulah Road Interchange Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study in Escambia County. Financial Project Identification (FPID) Numbers: 433113-1-22-01, 433113-2-22-01, 433113-3-22-01. The intent of the study is to evaluate the addition of a new interchange and associated capacity and safety improvements needed to accommodate growth within the project area. The FDOT is conducting this PD&E Study to assess present features, consider community needs and impacts, and develop possible improvements for the I-10 at Beulah Road interchange in Escambia County. This public hearing is being held both virtually and in-person to provide interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning proposed improvements. The hearing will begin as an open house at 5:30 p.m. CDT with a formal presentation at 6 p.m., followed by a public comment period. All attendees will participate in the same live virtual hearing and can access it via computer, tablet, smartphone, or by telephone in listen-only mode. Stakeholders are strongly encouraged to attend the virtual hearing at https://nwflroads.com/d3virtualmeetings or by phone in listen-only mode at (562) 247-8422 using access code 765-727-914. Those who are unable to participate virtually may attend the hearing in-person at the Pine Forest United Methodist Church at 2800 Wilde Lake Blvd., Pensacola, Florida 32526. All attendees MUST register online to participate. If you wish to participate in the hearing in person, FDOT requires advance registration to help ensure attendees are accommodated safely in accordance with current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Covid-19 Guidelines. All statements provided, or postmarked on or before April 1, 2021, will become a part of the public hearing record. Draft project documents are available for public review through April 18, 2021 at the Pensacola Public Library, located at 239 N. Spring St., Pensacola, FL 32502 Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Draft project documents are also available for public review on https://nwflroads.com/d3virtualmeetings and will be available at the in-person location during the hearing.
