Boundary

PURPOSE:

The Tolomato Community Development District requests expansion of its boundary by adding 466.07 acres. As the boundary is set forth in rule, amendment to the rule is required to accomplish the expansion.

SUMMARY:

Once established, section 190.046, FS, allows a community development district to expand or contract its boundaries upon submission of a Petition to the Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission for approval.  The Commission approved the District’s Petition on 3/9/21 to expand the District through rulemaking to add 466.07 acres to the existing boundary.  The Commission Secretary was authorized to publish rulemaking notices to accomplish the rule amendment.
