64B5-2.0144	Licensure Requirements for Dental Hygiene Applicants from Unaccredited Dental Schools or Colleges
64B5-2.0146	Licensure Requirements for Applicants from Non-Accredited Schools or Colleges

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendments to revise incorporated forms and update language for Rules 64B5-2.014, 64B5-2.0144, and 64B5-2.0146, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Language will be updated for Rules 64B5-2.014, 64B5-2.0144, and 64B5-2.0146, F.A.C., and the incorporated forms will be revised for all the rules.
