	The Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	March 25, 2021, 1:00 p.m., EST

Subject:	The Department is holding the Fourth public meeting of the TAC. This TAC was established to provide public input to the Department and Florida's water management districts (WMDs) on rule development to update stormwater design and operation regulations under Part IV, Chapter 373, Florida Statutes. These updates will utilize the latest scientific information, as directed by Florida’s Clean Waterways Act, specifically Section 5, Chapter 2020-150, Laws of Florida
