	The Florida Department of Transportation, District 7 announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Seven will hold a Virtual Public Hearing (VPH) for proposed median modifications Alt. 19 (Palm Harbor Blvd.) at Florida Avenue in Pinellas County. (FPN: 437636-1) To allow for maximum participation, the public hearing will be held in three formats including virtually over the internet, by phone, or at an in-person drive-thru location. Information presented will be identical at all options. Online participation: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/280811373 In-person drive-thru: White Chapel & Harbor Hall, 1190 Georgia Ave, Palm Harbor, FL 34683 Phone: +1 (312) 757-3121 and provide the Access Code: 280-811-373 to join This public hearing is conducted to afford affected property and business owners, interested persons and organizations the opportunity to provide comments to FDOT regarding proposed median modifications on Alt. 19 (Palm Harbor Blvd.) at Florida Avenue in Palm Harbor, FL. In-person drive-thru location: If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, and/or would like to participate in-person, you may attend the VPH at the following drive-thru location: White Chapel & Harbor Hall, 1190 Georgia Ave, Palm Harbor, FL 34683 The drive-thru will open for attendees at 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., or until the last attendee has viewed the presentation. Attendees will be asked to remain in their vehicle while attending the hearing. Regardless of format, the hearing will start at 5:30 p.m. and include a presentation. After the presentation has concluded, there will be an opportunity to provide comments that will be included in the official VPH record. This VPH is held pursuant to Chapters 120, 335.18 and 335.199, Florida Statutes. FDOT will receive verbal/written comments at the public hearing location and online from hearing participants. Written or emailed comments not received at the hearing must be postmarked or emailed by April 2, 2021, to become part of the official public hearing record.
