	The Child Abuse Death Review Circuit 7 Committee - Putnam announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 21, 2021 and June 16, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Putnam County Health Department Main Conference Room 2801 Kennedy Street Palatka, FL 32177

Subject:	The Committee will address administrative issues, review cases, and discuss the CADR Action Plan. A portion of the meeting is required by Section 383.412(3) (a), F.S. to be closed to the public to allow the Committee to discuss information that is confidential and exempt from public meetings and public records. This portion of the meeting will be announced at the meeting.
