PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking seeks to amend Existing Rule 61-30.102, F.A.C., in order to update and revise forms to comply with changes to s.468.8314 F.S. regarding providing an additional option for 10 year endorsement applicants and to revise experience fields within the applications.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend  Rule 61-30.102, F.A.C., to adopt the forms.
