Overview



	The Department of Transportation, District 2 announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 29, 2021, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

PLACE:	FDOT Jacksonville Urban Office, 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204; online at Nflroads.com/VPH; or by phone at (562) 247-8321, access code 469-874-617.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation invites you to a hybrid public hearing to discuss Permit Number 2020-A-294-00071, which includes installation of a raised concrete median on Atlantic Boulevard (State Road 10) at Mill Creek Road to prevent traffic from turning left (east) on Atlantic Boulevard and the installation of a dedicated right turn lane on Atlantic Boulevard to northbound Mill Creek Road. The hearing will begin with an open house from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by a public comment period at 6 p.m. Public participation is sought without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or family status.
