Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation, District Four announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, May 11, 2021. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Please use the following link to register for the Virtual Public Kickoff Meeting, https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/2196977478441276172. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information on how to join the webinar. There are several options to participate during the meeting: • Virtually/Online via computer or mobile device. If you are using a mobile device, the free “GoToMeeting” App will be required to attend. Please allow adequate time to log-in to the meeting. • Telephone: To join the meeting by phone, please dial 1 (562) 247-8422, Access Code: 523-668-381. This virtual meeting will have a presentation followed by a question and comment period. Attendees can ask questions and/or make comments via the chat function and project representatives will provide answers during the meeting. Questions and comments may be submitted prior to the meeting through the registration link, project website, or by contacting the FDOT Project Manager. Subject:	The Virtual Kickoff Meeting is being held as part of the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for the SR A1A over Sebastian Inlet – Bridge Replacement. A PD&E Study is FDOT’s process to evaluate the social, economic, and environmental impacts associated with a planned transportation improvement project. The purpose of this project is to address the structural and functional deficiencies of the existing bridge and the gap in system linkage for bicyclists and pedestrians. If you would like to review meeting documents prior to the Virtual Kickoff Meeting, they will be available on the project website May 4, 2021.
