Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Six announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, May 11, 2021. The meeting will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Miami Beach Botanical Garden, 2000 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139

Subject:	The purpose of this public hearing is to share information with the general public about the proposed improvement; its conceptual design; all alternatives under study; and the potential beneficial and adverse social, economic, and environmental impacts upon the community. The public hearing also serves as an official forum providing an opportunity for members of the public to express their opinions regarding the project. Graphics and maps will be on display for public review, and representatives from the FDOT will be available to answer questions. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by FDOT pursuant to 23 United States Code (U.S.C.) § 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016, and executed by FHWA and FDOT.
