RULE:

42QQ-1.002

Boundary

PURPOSE:

To amend the existing boundary of the Villages of Westport Community Development District at the request of the District's Board of Supervisors.

SUMMARY:

The District currently consists of approximately 1,476.34 acres of land located within the City of Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida.  The Joint Petition requests removal of 1,058.56 acres and addition of 3.63 acres of property to the existing boundary of the District.
