6A-1.0943

Statewide Assessment for Students with Disabilities

PURPOSE:

To specify exclusionary and inclusionary criteria of a student who is eligible to participate in the administration of the statewide, standardized alternate assessment. The proposed change will establish a definition for “most significant cognitive disability.”
