PURPOSE:

Rulemaking is necessary to update the rule to include the addition of approved Seasonal Preparedness articles/items; the addition of approved art supplies; the designation of the JP5 Tablet as being retainable until unserviceable; and any other “clean-up” revisions needed or deemed necessary for inclusion/deletion.
