PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to update the language incorporating Application for Diethyl Ether Permit and the Application for Diethyl Ether Permit Renewal forms.
SUBJECT AREA: The subject area to be addressed in this rule is to update the language incorporating the two diethyl ether forms.

SUMMARY:
