	The CRAFT Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 11:15 a.m.

Subject:	The CRAFT Foundation Board of Directors will conduct their Annual Meeting in conjunction with their monthly meeting to discuss and execute matters including, but not limited to amendment of By-Laws, election of officers, approval of presented CRAFT participant contracts and discussion regarding succession planning for the position of Program Manager.
