	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Four, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, June 28, 2021 (online) at 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, June 29, 2021 (in-person) from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Hagen Ranch Road Branch Library, 14350 Hagen Ranch Road, Delray Beach, FL 33446

Subject:	On behalf of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Four, you and your staff are invited to an Alternatives Public Workshop to learn about the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for the above referenced project. A PD&E study is FDOT’s process to evaluate the social, economic, and environmental impacts associated with a planned transportation improvement project. The purpose of this workshop is to give interested persons an opportunity to comment and provide input on the transportation improvement alternatives the Department has developed at this point in the study. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by the FDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016 and executed by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and FDOT. The Alternatives Public Workshop will be held in two formats on the following days and times: • Online Workshop: Monday, June 28, 2021, starting at 5:00 p.m. Please use the following link to register for the Online Workshop http://tinyurl.com/atlanticpde. • In-person Workshop: Tuesday, June 29, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The in-person Alternatives Public Workshop will be held as an open-house format at the Hagen Ranch Road Branch Library located at 14350 Hagen Ranch Road, Delray Beach, FL 33446. The same information will be presented at both the online and in-person Alternatives Public Workshop so attending both is not necessary. Information regarding the study may also be viewed at www.fdot.gov/projects/atlanticavepde from June 28, 2021 to July 9, 2021. Comments can be submitted on the project website, emailed to alexander.estrada@dot.state.fl.us, or sent by regular mail to Mr. Alexander Estrada, P.E., FDOT Project Manager, 3400 West Commercial Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. Comments received or postmarked by July 9, 2021 will be part of the Alternatives Public Workshop record. Notices are being sent to all property owners and tenants located within at least 300 feet on either side of the proposed alignment and to other public officials, regulatory agencies, organizations, and individuals interested in the project. FDOT solicits public participation without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status.
