	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Four announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, June 29, 2021 The Virtual Public Meeting is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. The In-person Construction Open House is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The Virtual Public Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 29, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Please use the following link to register: https://bit.ly/ForestHillVPM, or dial (415) 930-5321, Access Code: 987-616-622. A brief presentation followed by questions and comments will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and again from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please note, questions and comments may be submitted via the online chat or with the raise the hand feature for the project team to address directly. The In-person Construction Open House is scheduled for Tuesday, June 29, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Palm Beach Operations Center located at 7900 Forest Hill Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL 33413. This meeting will have an informal open house format, with project representatives available to answer questions and address comments at any time during the meeting. The Open House will be in compliance with the latest social distancing guidelines.

Subject:	Financial Management No.: 441633-1-52-01 Project Description: State Road (SR) 882 Forest Hill Boulevard Improvements Project from SR 7/US 441 to Pinehurst Drive in Palm Beach County, Florida. Project improvements include milling and resurfacing, guardrail installation, upgrading curb ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards, improvements to intersection street lighting, pedestrian signalization, and signage and pavement markings. Traffic impacts are as follows: lane closures can be expected Sunday night through Friday afternoon, with the following restrictions: SR 7 intersection School Open: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. & 9 p.m. – 7 a.m., School Closed: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. & 9 p.m. – 7 a.m.; Olympia Rd., Lyons Rd. School Open: 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. – 7 a.m., School Closed: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. – 7 a.m.; Eshleman Trail, Pinehurst Drive School Open: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. – 7 a.m., School Closed: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. – 7 a.m. Milling & resurfacing permitted from 9 p.m. – 7 a.m. Double lane closures permitted 11 p.m. – 6 a.m. Pedestrian, driveway and street access will be maintained at all times Construction will begin July 6, 2021 and is estimated to be completed in Summer 2022.
