Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a virtual (online) and in-person public hearing to present information and gather feedback concerning the State Road (S.R.) 371/373 (Orange Avenue) from S.R. 263 (Capital Circle SW) to S.R. 61 (South Monroe Street) Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study, Thursday, July 29, 2021, beginning at 5:30 p.m. (EDT). 5:30 p.m. Informal Open House 6 p.m. Formal Presentation, Comment Period Virtual (Online): Access via computer, tablet, smartphone. The intent of this study is to evaluate the potential for improving safety and capacity of S.R. 371/373 (Orange Avenue) from S.R. 263 (Capital Circle SW) to S.R. 61 (South Monroe Street) in Leon County. The project is approximately 4.35 miles in length and consists of three segments: Segment 1: S.R. 263 (Capital Circle SW) to South Lake Bradford Road, Segment 2: South Lake Bradford Road to Cypress Lake Street, and Segment 3: Cypress Lake Street to S.R. 61 (South Monroe Street). As part of the project development process and in accordance with Section 4(f) of the Department of Transportation Act of 1966, the FDOT is seeking comments from the public concerning the potential effects on the activities, features and attributes of the Florida State University Seminole Legacy Golf Course due to minor impacts resulting from the shared use and potential expansion of a stormwater treatment pond in the southwest area of the golf course. The FDOT intends to make a de minimis impact determination on this resource. Maps, drawings and other project information will be available for review online at 12 p.m. (EDT), Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at www.nwflroads.com/virtualmeetings. Pre-registration is required for the virtual format and encouraged for in-person attendees to help ensure attendees are accommodated according to safety guidelines. Draft project documents are available for public review from Tuesday, June 29, 2021, through Monday, August 9, 2021, at Dr. B.L. Perry, Jr. Branch Library, located at 2817 South Adams Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301, Tuesday and Thursday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday and Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Draft project documents are also available for public review at www.nwflroads.com/virtualmeetings and will be available at the in-person location. Public participation is held without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for these projects are being, or have been, carried out by the FDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
