61-35.012

Electrical Contractors' Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking seeks to amend Existing Rule 61-35.012, F.A.C., in order to update and revise application forms to comply with changes to s.489.509 F.S. to remove provisions relating to the $4.00 fee paid to the Department at the time of application or renewal to fund projects relating to the building construction industry or continuing education programs offered to persons engaged in the building construction industry in Florida.

SUBJECT:

The subject area to be addressed is the adoption of the new forms.
