Payment Methodology for Services in Facilities Not Publicly Owned and Not Publicly Operated (Facilities Formerly Known as ICF-MR/DD Facilities)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-6.045, Florida Administrative Code, is to describe the reimbursement methodology for services provided in facilities that are not publicly owned or operated.

SUMMARY:

The amendment specifies methodology calculations, provides definitions, and updates rule terminology.
